Microsoft Windows 98 Installation
                for CardBus Fast Ethernet PC Crad


  Follow the steps to install the CardBus Fast Ethernet PC Card driver:

    1. Start your PC, then insert the PC Card into an available PC Card slot
       in your PC.

    2. After starting Windows 98, the PCI Ethernet Controller will be
       detected automatically, then the "Add New Hardware Wizard"
       window appears, and Windows displays the message

            "PCI Ethernet Controller"

    3. Insert the CardBus Fast Ethernet PC Card Installation diskette
       into any available floppy drives.

    4. Click the Next button in the Add New Hardware Wizard window.
       Win98 will start to search floppy drive for network driver,
       and Windows displays a appropriate product name according to a
       matched INF file.

    5. Click Next button, then the Win98 starts to copy the CardBus Fast
       Ethernet PC Card driver to the user's hard disk.

    6. Click Finish button and Restart your computer.
